The KLOKby collection has been built by inviting established designers to pitch their concepts for a mechanical, pendulum clock. The designers of the winning ideas become integral to the clock’s production.

So far, innovative designers such as Angela Jansen, Niels Smeltink and Jens Dyvik have put forward ideas that matched the KLOKby ambition to create mechanical clocks which invite the viewer to experience time in an innovative way.

This particular collaborative model provides a constant source of fresh designs for KLOKby clocks, and serves as a platform to profile a range of exciting designers based in the Netherlands – a country where the tradition of design is very strong and established.
